Electronic Poster (E-Poster) Format – Guidelines and rules for submission: Format: The templates available for download are mandatory. They include the event's standard background and are already set to the correct dimensions for the equipment that will be used. The file must be created in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or similar software, on a single slide, and saved in PDF format; The presentation may contain a maximum of one page (1 slide); Page size: 28.60 cm x 50.80 cm (width x height); portrait orientation; Header: Include the work code (provided by the congress organization) before the title; In the designated fields, fill in the category (Scientific Initiation, Young Researcher, or Researcher), the work's technical area, and the sponsor/funder (if any). The e-poster title must be identical to the abstract title. Below the title, include the authors' names and their respective institutions. When there is more than one author, separate them with a semicolon. To avoid text being cut off, please respect the side margins used in the template. DEADLINES: Deadline for e-poster submission: October 26, 2026 Works in the e-poster format must be submitted electronically only — presentations will not need to be printed.
